Our very popular Farmhouse Rye is made with 100% organic stone ground rye flour. This bread combines the nutritional and digestive benefits of sunflower kernels, linseed (flax), sesame seeds, poppy seeds and red lentils. Sunflower seeds are very high in protein have high levels of fibre and are high in vitamin B. Linseed is high in soluble fibre, the essential omega 3 fatty acids and is one of the richest sources of lignans. Sesame seeds have a high level of calcium and magnesium are rich in vitamins A, E and protein and has a strong antioxidant effect. Poppy seeds and red lentils add to the delicious taste and colour of this bread.
